What will you experience?

💛 You will develop skills to support youth empowerment as a trainer, an educator, and a leader.
💛 You will explore coaching approach, graphic tools, and youth empowerment with a wide mix of non-formal education methods.

💛 You will experience an innovative youth work approach based on multidisciplinary.
💛 You will gain lifelong memories thanks to the experience of non-formal education in an intercultural environment.

You can participate if:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you have at least some experience in working with young people;
• you have a good level of the English language;
• you are motivated to commit to the project and to the local activities afterwards 🙂
• you are currently living in Poland (all nationalities are welcome!).

Practical info about the project:

Accommodation and food are fully covered by the Erasmus+ program.

Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the reimbursement limit rules (275 EUR). This means that you pay for your travel, collect all the documents and the hosting organisation reimburses it after the project. Sounds nice, right?

The hosting organization Oriel charges a fee of EUR 50 for participation in the project (please contact us if the participation fee would prevent you from participating in the project! We will see what we can do)
