What is employee volunteering?

Employee volunteering is an initiative where an employer supports its employees’ involvement in social activities. Employers who implement employee volunteering usually dedicate between 1 to 3 days per year for their employees’ volunteer activities. 

Who can participate?

Anyone employed at a workplace that offers the possibility of employee volunteering!

Volunteering at YoWo

We have experience in coordinating volunteering – currently, we are supported by 14 volunteers from different parts of Poland and Europe! Our volunteers are responsible for social media, creating educational materials, maintaining the website, establishing contacts with institutions, as well as implementing our own projects such as local workshops or small projects for social activities.

Want to get involved but don’t have any ideas? You can support us through:

Trainings for our team about:

  1. budgeting, finances, and accounting,
  2. accessibility,
  3. social media and data analysis,
  4. sales and communications,
  5. website maintenance.

Consultations in the field of:

  1. legal topics,
  2. finances,
  3. marketing.

Who are we looking for?

Do you feel the need to help? Are you looking for self-development opportunities, or maybe searching for a place to bring your ideas to life? Whatever your motivation, the only requirement is that you have the drive for action!

In what language?

 In Polish or English.

Where will the volunteering take place?

Remotely or in Warsaw.
