Are you actively working with young people? Do you wish to create a more inclusive, more respectful and more responsive environment in your youth work? This project will deepen your understanding of disabilities and equip you with practical tools to support meaningful youth participation.

What will you experience?

💛 Learn about different kinds of disabilities in a creative way.

💛 Practice how to adapt an activity for a group with different disabilities, including adjustments to structure, pacing, communication styles and sensory considerations.

💛 Reflect on your own approach to working in an inclusive set-up.

💛 Exchange good practices and local experiences from different countries in a safe environment.

💛 Recognise young people with disabilities as whole individuals with unique strengths, needs and experience and apply inclusive values rooted in respect, dignity and relational presence.

You can participate if:

• you are at least 20 years old;
• you are an active youth worker, youth leader, educator or a professional working with young people;
• you have a working level of the English language;
• you are motivated to commit to the project and to the local activities afterwards 🙂
• you are currently living in Poland (all nationalities are welcome!).

Practical info about the project: 

THIS IS FOR FREE! Accommodation and food are fully covered by the Erasmus+ program.

Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the reimbursement limit rules (more information in the Infopack!). This means that you pay for your travel, collect all the documents and the hosting organisation reimburses it after the project. Sounds nice, right?
