If you want young people to become active shapers of their communities – not just observers – this project is for you. “Youth Spark: Empowering Participation” equips youth workers and educators with tools that foster meaningful participation. It’s a week filled with inspiration, practical learning, and international collaboration.

💛 Build a common understanding of what youth participation really means.
💛 Explore different levels of participation and principles behind youth engagement.
💛 Discover key factors that encourage young people to take active roles.
💛 Exchange good practices and local experiences from different countries.
💛 Practice methods that promote participation in youth work.
💛 Learn how Erasmus+ and other EU programmes can support youth-led initiatives.
You can participate if:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you are an active youth worker or wish to be one in the future;
- you have a good level of the English language;
- you are motivated to commit to the project and to the local activities afterwards 🙂
- you are currently living in Poland (all nationalities are welcome!).

Practical info about the project:
THIS IS FOR FREE! Accommodation and food are fully covered by the Erasmus+ program.
Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the reimbursement limit rules. This means that you pay for your travel, collect all the documents and the hosting organisation reimburses it after the project. Sounds nice, right?
