What will you experience?

💛 You will learn the basics of facilitation, enabling you to effectively lead workshops and educational sessions.

💛 You will explore diverse methods of non-formal education, supporting integration and inclusivity.

💛 You will enhance your communication and group management skills to better engage participants.

💛 You will receive practical guidance on designing educational activities that deliver tangible outcomes.

💛 You will strengthen your competencies as an animator and educator, gaining tools to work with youth.

You can participate if:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you are starting your journey as a facilitator or wish to be one in the future (ATTENTION: this training course is meant for participants who have zero or very little experience in facilitation);
• you have a good level of the English language;
• you are motivated to commit to the project and to the local activities afterwards 🙂
• you are currently living in Poland (all nationalities are welcome!).

Practical info about the project:

THIS IS FOR FREE! Accommodation and food are fully covered by the Erasmus+ program.

Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the limits set by the Erasmus+ program (more information in the Infopack!). This means that you pay for your travel, collect all the documents and the hosting organisation reimburses it after the project. Sounds nice, right?
